We are currently planning a trip to the Far North. How far North? The road goes all the way to the Arctic Ocean in Tuktoyaktuk, NWT Canada but who knows where we will end up!

Can you say PANDEMIC!! Wings were definitely clipped, but at least we are healthy. We ordered our new camper in December 2019 and picked it up in June 2020. Keep an eye open here for some of our local adventures. We are fortunate to live in a pretty amazing place and Alberta has a LOT to offer!
Duck’s Hollow, Alberta
Duck’s Hollow is a small bit of native prairie wetland in Southern Alberta. Come take a look at our off the grid campsite, complete with solar powered workshop, horse-trough/hot tub and mosaic tiled shower. We’ve also preserved habitat for at risk species.

Kamala’s Passions
A good friend said, “Kamala doesn’t have hobbies, she has alternate professions!” My passion and enthusiasm shapes everything I do. Researcher, birder, curious learner - see what is happening in my little corner.
